At Effectus, we take pride in delivering premium-quality apparel and exceptional customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange according to the terms below.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged;
All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact;
The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item;
A valid proof of purchase is required.
Returns or refunds based solely on personal preference, such as:
“I didn’t like the item,”
“The item doesn’t match my style,”
“I changed my mind,”
are not accepted, except for customers covered under the European Union 14-day cooling-off period described below.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance:
Promotional or discounted items (including Buy 1 Get 1 Free, limited-time sales, clearance campaigns);
Items received as free gifts or bonuses;
Personal care items, underwear, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons);
Items returned without original packaging or missing components;
Any item that does not comply with the return conditions above.
All products sold as part of any promotion fall under this rule.
If you received the wrong size, color, or item, we will gladly arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the error is on Effectus’ part.
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide prepaid return labels for discretionary returns.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds:
Are processed within 5–10 business days;
Are issued to the original payment method used;
Do not include shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
For promotional orders (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free), all items must be returned for a full refund. Missing items may result in deductions or partial refunds.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact our support team within 7 days with your order number and photos.
If verified, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
Effectus covers return shipping costs only in these cases.
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
After this window, processing may already have begun, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
For orders shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
